As ordained by Bravo Fleet all members of the USS Shadow are subject to rights an rules outlined in the Bravo Fleet Constitution and By-Laws. However, simulation-specific rules outlined on this page superceded those established by the fleet.

1. Activity Requirements

1.1 Commanding and Executive Officers

The Commanding and Executive Officers shall post as many times as necesarry to keep the sim active per week (Sun-Sat).

1.2 Department Heads

All Department Heads are required to post at least two times per week (Sun-Sat).

1.3 Non-Department Heads

All Non-Department Head members are required to post at least one time per week (Sun-Sat).

1.4 Penalties

For each week a member misses their minimum a strike is issued. Upon the third strike the member is removed. Strikes remain in effect for one month from the latest strike.

2. Posting Style

All players aboard the USS Shadow will post using script-format. Examples can be found on our forums.

3. Leaves of Absence

• A player may call for a leave of absence (LOA) for up to three weeks.
• A player may call for an extended leave of absence (ELOA) for up to two months.
• Any player requiring a ELOA for over two months will have their character moved to NPC status, and their position opened for new recruits.
• Players must submit a reason and expected return date to the Commanding Officer in order to be placed on official LOA status.
• Any player that fails to meet these guidelines will be considered AWOL and receive strikes and penalties as per section 1.4 of the activity requirements by-law.
